Crisis communication plan for energy sector company
During a meeting with the energy provider company it was revealed that besides legal and operational regulations they have no planned solutions for communication processes in crisis situations. Our task was to prepare a crisis communication plan.
The task was carried out in 3 stages: first, we identified, classified and prioritized possible crisis situations with the help of professionals from different fields of expertise. Then during workshops, we developed communication protocols and detailed action plans complying with the regulations. Using these as a basis, we compiled scenarios and a crisis communication manual.
